These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kansas. The Kansas Open Records Act, K.S.A. 45-215 through 45-223, governs requests made to Kansas public agencies, not this private site.
Remaining Terms Stay Effective
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
