A name, location, or other term entered into a search feature is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Republic County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the query under its separate privacy policy and terms.
If you send an email or a message through a contact feature, the message and contact details may be retained long enough to review and answer it. Contact messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required or is needed to respond as requested.

Requests directed to a Kansas public agency are governed by that agency’s practices and applicable law, including the Kansas Open Records Act, K.S.A. 45-215 through 45-223. This private site does not process KORA requests for Republic County or KDOC.
